Employees are seen as guarantors of innovation, efficiency, creativity, ethics and success. If this is the case, why do critical voices in organizations often find it difficult to make themselves heard? Why is it that reports of misconduct are still ostracized as "nest-soiling"? The unheard callers are not only a risk for an organization, but a missed opportunity.
