Top Employers Certification 2016
On Thursday evening, the Top Employers Institute awarded almost 200 companies with the internationally recognized certification seal. The award is the finale of an extensive review process in which the personnel policies of the respective companies are analyzed in detail.
The Top Empleyers Institute, headquartered in Amsterdam, certifies over 1,000 participants worldwide who together employ more than five million people. The company's human resources work is put to the test, from the area of training & development to corporate culture.
The awards went to the top employers from the programs Top Employers Germany, Top Employers Switzerland, Top Employers Germany Automotive, Top Employers Germany Engineers, Top Employers Germany Mittelstand and the established continental program Top Employers Europe.
