Swiss precision company wins CeBIT award
This year, CeBIT is once again awarding prizes to solid and equally innovative companies. A Swiss company was also awarded the INNOVATIONSPREIS-IT 2017.
Beate Heider, editorial director and co-founder of the Initiative Mittelstand and co-initiator of the INNOVATIONSPREIS-IT, presented the beaming winners with their trophy and a certificate. With a flurry of flashbulbs and public recognition, the award presentation paid off directly for the winners. The award is both a sign and recognition of the courage to innovate and the hard work behind the award-winning solutions.
Even German Chancellor Angela Merkel paid her respects to an INNOVATION AWARD IT winner, the Sennheiser company, and had the innovations shown to her.
Swiss special price
Once again this year, several thousand innovative applications were received for the INNOVATION PRIZE IT. One winner from each of 38 categories and 16 federal states was awarded. In addition, two special awards were presented for Austria and Switzerland.
PAXXON (Switzerland) was awarded this year's prize. SFS Group AG is a company for mechanical fastening systems and precision components. The headquarters are located in Heerbrugg, Switzerland. To illustrate the product variety, SFS relies on the PAXXON solution.
IT Best List
In addition to the winners, the finalists as well as the BEST OF in the respective categories, whose IT solutions enrich the diverse range of excellent IT products, can also be found on the website of the Initiative Mittelstand. They were all able to convince a renowned jury of experts consisting of top-class scientists, industry experts and trade journalists.
The next highlight will soon follow: the publication of the new IT Best List 2017. The exclusive online compendium includes the most innovative and future-proof IT products for medium-sized companies.
