Succession solution with dual leadership

Since the beginning of 2021, the construction company Stutz AG has been operating with a management duo from the family: the young couple Lynn Burkhard (32) and Beat Müller (36) now have entrepreneurial responsibility. Father Alfred Müller (71) is concentrating on the chairmanship of the board of directors. He says: "The succession solution reached is anything but self-evident, indeed quite unconventional. But it has been carefully considered and has a future."
