René Binder is the new Head of Reward Consulting at Mercer Switzerland
At the beginning of January, René Binder took over as head of the Reward Consulting division at Mercer Switzerland AG. Together with his team, he is responsible for providing comprehensive advice to Swiss companies on all issues relating to the design and implementation of strategies for employee and executive compensation.
René Binder comes from Swiss Re, where he was Head Group & Executive Compensation since 2015. Prior to that, he spent more than three years as Director Global Compensation and Benefits (C&B) and most recently Corporate HR Director at gategroup, after having been Head of the C&B function at Swarovski. René Binder holds a Master of Science in Geography from the University of Zurich and started his C&B career more than 15 years ago at Credit Suisse.
