QMS in the health care sector
Quality management system in school operations takes on a new dimension with Q-ZAG. The ZAG intranet is based on Microsoft SharePoint. One advantage of this is that SharePoint can be extended as required.
The Center for Education in Health Care Canton Zurich (ZAG) stands for contemporary, future-oriented education and training in the health care sector. At the ZAG in Winterthur, for example, there are 1,500 apprentices, 700 students at the higher technical colleges and around 280 people attending further training here. The ZAG's intranet is based on Microsoft SharePoint. One advantage of this is that SharePoint can be extended as required.
The principle of Q-ZAG is based on five central areas:
School management; training and further education; professionalism of staff; ZAG culture; external relations. This structure brings clarity and transparency with regard to the allocation of tasks - as well as with regard to the individual evaluations internally and accountability externally. In the area of continuing education, the ZAG thus achieved EduQua certification. With Quintessenz, the ZAG also has the ideal prerequisites for EFQM audits.
