PwC Switzerland teams up with ImmuniWeb
PwC Switzerland and ImmuniWeb want to improve the cyber security of SMEs. To this end, the two companies have developed the Continuous CARE offering. Among other things, this identifies companies' cyber risks and monitors their digital processes.
Last year, attacks on corporate supply chains increased by 78 percent, informs PwC Switzerland rolled into one Communication. Around four out of ten companies also rated cybercrime as the biggest threat to their business this year. "Our clients are exposed to rapidly growing cyber risks," Yan Borboën, Partner, Risk Assurance & Cybersecurity at PwC Switzerland, was quoted as saying in the statement. "At PwC, we believe that a company's vulnerability is based on three dimensions: People, Processes and Technology."
Everything from one source
All three dimensions are to be covered by a study carried out by PwC Switzerland in collaboration with ImmuniWeb developed offer. Continuous Cyber Attack & Readiness Evaluation (CARE) combines "ImmuniWeb's award-winning AI technology with PwC's multidimensional risk management expertise in cybersecurity and cybercrime," PwC Switzerland writes about the joint project with the Geneva-based cybersecurity firm.
The package, which is divided into various components, includes, for example, an annual assessment of the company's cyber risks and their controls. Other components concern the sensitization of employees to phishing attacks or the monitoring of the company's digital processes. If required, companies can also have the threats they face from the dark web identified.
