Process-oriented management at KWC

On March 7, 2022, the general meeting and a keynote speech took place. The online meeting was opened with a greeting from SAQ Managing Director Prisca Zammaretti. Afterwards, Vice President Karsten Poppe welcomed the attendees to his interesting keynote speech.
