pom+Consulting AG, a Swiss consulting firm for real estate, infrastructures and organizations, is expanding its teams in Zurich and Bern. Important strategic consulting fields are thus expanded.

pom+Consulting AG, a Swiss consulting firm, provides services for real estate, infrastructures, companies and organizations in the areas of construction, facility, property, portfolio and asset management. The core competencies of pom+ include performance measurement, strategy development, resource optimization, technology deployment and digitalization strategies - and solutions with regard to the life cycle of real estate and infrastructure. More than 70 employees, most of them graduates of universities and universities of applied sciences, convince with expertise, proven experience and know-how from about 5'000 projects. Several new employees were hired for the consulting firm at the beginning of 2019:
Kevork AltanianMSc in IT & Business Process Management and BSc in Business Informatics, takes over the management of the Solution Design & Delivery service unit. He supports clients through the different phases of the digital transformation process - from ideation, analysis and design to testing and user training. Prior to joining pom+, Kevork Altanian was an IT consultant at Accenture. In addition to the project focus in the area of process digitization through dynamic case management solutions, the Scrum expert worked in a wide variety of functions and industries to drive digital transformation.
Dr. Johannes Gantner obtained his doctorate in building and environmental sciences at the University of Stuttgart after studying architecture and completing a master's degree in renewable energy. During this time, he worked as a research project manager at the Fraunhofer Institute for Building Physics IBP, Stuttgart, and collaborated on several studies, including the further development of sustainability assessments in the real estate sector and the benefits of environmental product declarations in building life cycle assessments. Johannes Gantner is responsible for the area of sustainability at pom+.
Marc Eschler, Dipl. Bauing. FH and MAS in Real Estate Management, joins the pom+ team as an expert in Building & Operations in Bern. One focus of his work is on the topics of sustainability and efficiency over the entire life cycle of real estate. This includes tasks such as Building Information Modeling (BIM), development in existing buildings, decentralized energy, plus-energy districts and smart building in the context of integral real estate economics. Previously, Marc Eschler worked for companies such as BKW Energie, Steiner and Losinger Marazzi.
Isabel GehrerMBA in Digital Marketing and BA in Journalism and Communication, is the new Head of Marketing and Sales. Previously, she was Senior Marketing Manager at Swiss Life, where she was responsible for Marketing Key Account Management, and Marketing Associate at Valfoo Asia Pacific Ltd. in Hong Kong, where she supported European food manufacturers entering the Chinese and Japanese markets.
