In addition to quality work, high-quality products and services, the Swiss Quality Day 2016 is all about digital transformation. In order to discuss developments, perhaps also extremes, in the digital field, Management & Quality posed three essential questions to some of this year's speakers.
The Swiss economy is becoming more dynamic than ever. Internet of Things, Industry 4.0 and other technologies are defining future work. Experts also speak of an industrial revolution in the digital transformation, which would affect every company and every employee through self-regulating systems in perpetuum.
Management & Quality therefore contacted some of the speakers before the Swiss Quality Day 2016 to ask whether they note in digitalization a change in work optimization, quality perception or personal attitude?
