How do I create a user account?

A personal user account will be created after a successful Registration created.

I have forgotten my password

Under Forgotten password you can request a new password.

I forgot my email address for registration and can no longer sign up.

Your email address is required for registration. If you have forgotten your e-mail address with which you registered, please contact our Reader Service.

Can I change my email address?

You can change your email address in your user account. Alternatively, you can also send the change to our Reader Service share

How can I delete my user account?

For security reasons, you can only delete your user account by e-mail. To do this, please contact directly our Reader Service.

Subscriptions

What subscriptions are available?

You can choose between three different subscriptions: Digital; With the digital subscription you have unlimited access to all the content of the news site. You can find more information about digital subscriptions here. Print; With the print subscription, the periodical is delivered to your mailbox in printed form. You can find more information about print subscriptions here. Combi (Print & Digital); The combined subscription gives you access to all articles on the news site. In addition, the periodical magazine is delivered to your mailbox in printed form. You can find more information on the combination subscription here.

Can I switch from a subscription to the printed magazine to a digital subscription?

You can switch from your print subscription to a digital subscription at any time. If you have already paid for the print subscription, the remaining credit will be applied to your new subscription. To make the conversion, please contact our Reader Service.

What gift subscriptions are offered?

Give a gift subscription for example for a birthday or Christmas. Select the desired product and write under "Comments" that it is a "gift subscription" and give us the address of the recipient. When you take out a gift subscription, the correspondence will be conducted exclusively with you, so that it remains a surprise for the recipient.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time at the end of the paid term. In order for us to be able to process your cancellation in time, it must be received by us at the latest 5 days before the end of the term in the Reader Service arrive. If you no longer wish to receive the magazine or news site from now on, you can send it to a person of your choice until the subscription expires. Early cancellation of the subscription or withdrawal of the remaining balance is not possible.

How can I read a sample of the magazine?

What online access is available to me as an SAQ member?

All members of the SAQ receive unlimited access to the online platform of m-q.ch. In addition to regular news, the articles printed in the journal are also published on the online platform. In addition, the PDF download is available to all members.

Credit card payment

You can pay your bill conveniently via your credit card. Your subscription will be charged with this payment method not automatically renewed. The debit advice is sent to you before the debit exclusively by e-mail.
