First DIN 66399-certified data destruction solution in Switzerland
Reisswolf AG and Data EX 4000 AG are the first and only Swiss service providers for certified file and data media destruction according to the new standard. Overall processes audited in accordance with DIN 66399 promise considerable advantages in the compliance-compliant destruction and disposal of confidential data.
Companies and departments responsible for the destruction of their sensitive data are faced with increasing demands on the quality of their data protection processes. With the three-part DIN 66399 standard for the destruction of files and data media, a comprehensive standard for a best-in-class process has existed for several years that seamlessly covers all concerns from collection to recycling.
Data EX 4000 AG on board
Reisswolf AG and Data EX 4000 AG are the first service providers in Switzerland to be certified in accordance with the complete DIN 66399 standard. A novelty is in particular the inspection of the entire process for the destruction of files and data media at both partner companies in accordance with DIN SPEC 66399 Part 3. For this purpose, the auditors assessed the entire process chain for the mobile destruction of data media as well as for the processing in the five high-performance shredding plants of Reisswolf AG and Data EX 4000 AG.
Christophe Gence, Delegate of the Board of Directors and CEO of Paprec Switzerland was pleased: "The certification by an independent expert confirms the complete security of the entire data destruction process at Reisswolf and Data EX 4000. This gives companies the certainty that their confidential data can never be reproduced, but that its destruction can be proven throughout."
The certification by the PÜG Prüf- und Überwachungsgesellschaft mbH covers all locations of the two partner companies and is checked annually.
