Esprix Swiss Award for Excellence: A test of strength against the best
Those who deliver top performance should be rewarded for it. That is why the Esprix Swiss Award for Excellence 2022 is being launched once again.
It is a pleasure to receive recognition for achievements. The Esprix Swiss Award for Excellence aims to inspire organizations to perform at their best. The award confirms that a company and its team have gone far beyond meeting standards. The winning team knows that it has created an organization in which meeting the expectations of its stakeholders - customers, employees, society and also investors - is not a contradiction in terms.
For organizations with a high degree of maturity
The Esprix Swiss Award for Excellence, he said, was particularly suited to organisations with a high level of maturity. Only the best of the best would make it onto the stage at the Esprix Forum and the "Wall of Fame" create, Esprix says.
Organisations that have received recognition according to the EFQM Model 2020 (Recognised by EFQM) shortly before the Award benefit from a reduced procedure with regard to application and on-site visit.
Independent jury
An independent and voluntary Jury reviews the submitted reports and recommendations of the assessors and determines whether or which awards will be granted. It awards participating organisations as award winners (gold), prize winners (silver) and finalists (bronze) at the Esprix Forum.
