Ergonomic handling equipment
The trade fair for production and assembly automation once again focused on ergonomic handling equipment. In particular, new devices for lifting, tilting and decanting were also presented. Three interesting products that small businesses could also use were on display.
Ergonomic handling devices such as lifting, tilting and transfer devices were the topic at MOTEK, the leading trade fair for production and assembly automation. Among the new products exhibited this year was the HE-EP 1000 container lifting device with electric spindle drive for energy-efficient use. The special feature of this device is its slim design and its load capacity of 1,000 kg.
Energy-efficient and space-saving use
"Until now, worm gear screw jacks have only been produced for containers up to 500 kg. Now we have extended the load capacity to 1,000 kg," says Manfred Weisl, Ventzki's sales manager, who specializes in ergonomic handling equipment. The NE 330, which is also new, was already presented to the international trade public at LogiMAT in March this year. The stationary tilting device is characterized by its two-dimensional tilting movement.
This means that there is no container protrusion into the working area, which makes it particularly space-saving among the ergonomic handling devices. Finally, when components are removed from the container, more freedom of movement for the user is guaranteed.
