Document Management: Kinetic becomes part of the beelk group
The beelk group in Zug, which specialises in document management, has acquired a majority stake in the Lenzburg-based archiving specialist Kinetic AG with retroactive effect from 1 January 2017. Kinetic specialises in electronic data and document management and the associated processes.
The beelk group has some emerging AG in its portfolio. Kinetic remains an independent subsidiary and continues to serve its well-known customers and the existing indirect partner channel directly. Kinetic's 14 employees will remain at the Lenzburg premises under the leadership of founder Daniel Lütold.

Kinetic AG has developed various solutions based on windream - from different industry-specific applications to modern software tools with which typical tasks for the digital office - keywords: digitisation and digital office - can be completely automated.
The consistent use of mature products with a clear focus (DMS/archive, business processes, digital mailroom, document security and format conversion) are a guarantee for market-driven and modern solutions. Numerous integrations with third-party products round off the portfolio. These include connections to ERP, merchandise management and financial accounting systems such as Microsoft Dynamic NAV / AX, Incadea, SAP and Abacus, as well as integrations in knowledge management, groupware and imaging/data capturing solutions.
