ZHAW advises SMEs in the Corona crisis
The Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW) wants to help companies meet the challenges of the coronavirus pandemic. Its School of Management and Law is making its expert knowledge available for this purpose. SMEs can obtain advice free of charge.
The Corona crisis is leading to great uncertainty among private individuals and companies alike, according to a Communication the ZHAW. Here the university wants to counteract with two offers.
On the one hand, the School of Management and Law has set up a marketing communication clinic. On the other hand, the Institute for Applied Psychology (IAP) of the ZHAW offers low-threshold psychological support for private individuals.
Both services are free of charge and can be used online.
As a result of the pandemic, many SMEs have been forced to close down or switch to short-time working, or to lay off staff, the ZHAW explains in the press release. The unfamiliar situation confronts many companies with "previously unknown communication and marketing challenges". This is where the Marketing Communication Clinic comes in. There, SMEs and non-profit organizations can seek advice "that need to quickly take communicative measures to survive, but cannot afford large agencies".
