pom+Consulting AG celebrates its 20th anniversary
pom+Consulting AG, a Swiss consulting company working for real estate, infrastructures and organizations, celebrates its 20th anniversary in 2016.
pom+ was the first consulting company in Switzerland to be certified according to ISO 9001 in 2000. Further top marks and awards have followed in the meantime.
Over the past twenty years, the founders Dr. Peter Staub and Prof. Dr. Hans-Rudolf Schalcher have turned the ETH spin-off into a successful company with more than 60 employees and around 5,000 successfully completed projects for over 400 clients. Today, the company's core competencies include performance measurement, strategy development, resource optimization and the use of technology throughout the entire life cycle of real estate and infrastructure.
The majority of the more than 60 highly qualified employees have university or technical college degrees and impress with a mix of skills and mentalities, know-how and experience with more than 400 customers from Switzerland and abroad. Numerous well-known companies as well as public institutions such as F. Hoffmann-La Roche, Migros, Helvetia, Swiss Re, UBS and armasuisse regularly call on the services of the team led by Managing Director Peter Staub:

Represented throughout Switzerland
Since 2003, pom+ has been present with a branch office in Bern, in 2009 the office in Lausanne was opened, in 2011 that in St. Gallen and in 2012 the location Basel. Through cooperations with universities such as the ETH Zurich, the ETH Lausanne, the University of St. Gallen or the Zurich University of Applied Sciences ZHAW, the company ensures that innovation is a central part of the corporate culture. FM Monitor
The publication was launched 15 years ago together with the ETH Zurich and could establish itself as the most important analysis of the FM market in Switzerland with numerous, broadly supported real estate key figures and development trends. Also in the field of quality management pom+ is also extremely successful: Thus, pom+ was the first consulting company in Switzerland to be certified according to ISO 9001 in 2000, in 2004 the certification according to the data protection seal of approval GoodPriv@cy took place, in 2005 pom+ emerged as ESPRIX award winner for continuous learning, innovation and improvement and in 2012 the company received the Swiss HR Award.
Highlights were winning the ESPRIX Award in 2008 and the European EFQM Excellence Award in 2012 for leading with vision, inspiration and integrity.
