NTB Technology Day 2019: Technology in Complex Systems

This year, the NTB Technology Day is entitled "Technology in Complex Systems": people and companies are developing a sense of what is possible through digitisation, but also how much effort and detailed work is involved in exploiting these opportunities. For this reason, the NTB experts are taking a closer look.

The world of NTB engineers is not made easier by digitalisation. On the contrary, complexity is increasing, because a wide variety of technologies, functions and components have to be brought together and "married". This is the only way to create a functioning and economically beneficial overall system.

Three plenary lectures will shed light on this complexity from different perspectives:

"We will show how the interaction of a wide variety of sensors sets new standards in applications, how these sensors themselves can be economically manufactured as complex microsystems using state-of-the-art methods. Finally, a technology chain must be consistently optimized for a future market in order to achieve the highest performance."

In addition, there are three Parallel Sessions again an insight into new projects of NTB and its partners.

This year the NTB Technology Day is entitled
"Technology in Complex Systems".
