Abraxas: New head of the Police Business Unit
Guido Steiner has headed the Police Business Unit of Abraxas Informatik AG since October 2015.
Guido Steiner, who has headed the Police Business Unit of Abraxas Informatik AG since October 2015, replaces Stephan Christen, who has led the unit on an interim basis since the end of June. Steiner has been working in the field of professional mobile communications since 2008, most recently as head of the Homeland Security department at Atos Switzerland. In this role, he worked for the national security radio network Polycom at various customers and blue-light organizations in Switzerland and looked after various police forces, among others.
Guido Steiner graduated in electrical engineering from the ETH Zurich and successfully completed his doctorate and postgraduate studies in business administration.
