Since its introduction in 2012, the SAQ "Client Advisor Bank" certification has become an indispensable quality standard in the Swiss banking sector. The certificate is now widely used, with over 17,000 certified advisors, and between 1,500 and 2,000 new initial certifications are added every year. The high recertification rate of 87 % underlines the importance of this certification for continuous professional development.
