Last year, the online event gave practitioners far beyond the north of Germany the opportunity to benefit from new impulses and valuable tips as well as intensive exchange of experiences with experts and like-minded people. And so it will be on June 8, 2021. The organizers are ConSense GmbH, provider of software for quality management and integrated management systems, together with the cooperation partners Deutsche Gesellschaft für Qualität e.V. (DGQ), the German Society for the Certification of Management Systems (DQS) and the trade journal QZ Qualität und Zuverlässigkeit.

Wide range of industry topics

The participants of the 6th North German Quality Day can expect an extensive program of lectures and workshops with practical examples of process and quality management. The variety of topics is wide-ranging: In his keynote entitled "Enough with follow-up deadlines and resubmission - Get faster decisions in QM", management trainer Georg Jocham describes the way to faster decisions in QM. In the workshop offer, from which the participants arrange their individual program, it concerns practical conversions and the direct exchange. The topics range from occupational safety in the home office to excellent customer service and collaborative work on virtual whiteboards. Those who are more interested in sustainability formats and supply chain law, maturity models or remote audits will also find the right workshop session. In the closing forum of the event, the results of the workshops will be compiled and presented to the plenum.
