30th Control - Anniversary breaks records
On its 30th anniversary, Control once again presented itself as the world's leading information, communication and procurement platform, offering trade visitors both the latest world offerings and a top-class supporting programme between 26 and 29 April 2016.
Partners of the 30th Control were the emva (European Machine Vision Association), the Vision Academy, the Fraunhofer Institutes Allianz Vision and IPA and the French association SYMOP. With xpertgate - author of the special machine vision trade fair guide - a partner was also present that has proven industry expertise - representing a total of around 250 exhibitors from this elementary segment for Control. Another partner highlight was the Competence Award for Innovation and Quality Baden- Württemberg, which the trade fair company P. E. Schall GmbH & Co. KG created together with the TQU GROUP and which was awarded for the ninth time in 2016. A few more record figures: 26,809 expert visitors, around 900 exhibitors from over 90 nations displayed more than 150 product innovations.
