"15 percent of imported medical devices no longer available"

The new Medical Devices Ordinance has been in force for just over a year. Since the termination of further framework negotiations between Switzerland and the EU in May 2021, our country has been considered a third country when it comes to medical devices. The consequences are only slowly but steadily becoming apparent.
